If your order is defective or incorrect, we offer a free exchange. Just drop us a message on Instagram or email us at support@itsjewcyy.com within 2 days of delivery.

Once verified, we’ll arrange a pickup and send you a replacement at no extra charge.
Note: Free exchanges are only valid for wrong or defective items.
💍 Exchanges for Ring Sizes
We get it — online shopping can be tricky. Here's how we handle ring size exchanges: A flat shipping fee of Rs. 249/- will have to be borne by the customer. This covers both pickup and delivery.
To initiate an exchange:

Contact us on Instagram or email within 2 days of receiving your order.

Share your order number and the size or product you’d like in exchange.

Ensure the product is unused and in original packaging with tags intact.
Once we receive and inspect the piece, we’ll process your exchange.
Please note: Shipping for size exchanges is borne by the customer. Timely communication is essential for smoother experience.

All sale purchases are final and non-exchangeable unless the item is defective or incorrect. In that case, please reach out within 2 days of delivery with an unboxing video or photos.
